WEDDINGS
It is typically recommended that churches and reception venues be booked a minimum of 1 year in advance. This is especially true for summer weddings as they tend to be in highest demand.
There are other avenues to be explored- such as non-conventional sites, use of large tents and "out-of-season" weddings. The only limit is the imagination,
In terms of catering services, demand can be similarly elevated during the summer months. Getting the ball rolling earlier than later, will ensure simplicity and peace of mind for this important aspect of the big day.
